⁠⁠⁠Northern Health invites tenders for a Supplier for the provision of Patient Entertainment System (ITS2021-008)

ITS Documentation and key dates

• Tender documents will be available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal from Monday 15 Nov at 1:30pm AEST.
• A tender briefing will be conducted at 1:00pm on 23 Nov 2021 via videoconference. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to the Contact Person by 22 Nov 2021 by 5:00pm.
• The tender will close on Monday 20 Dec 2021, at 3:00pm AEDT.
• Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Section 1 Conditions of Tendering, Point 3.2. Late Offers

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the Healthshare (HSV) Procurement Portal. Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 13 Dec 2021, 5:00pm AEDT. Northern Health reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.
