Tender Description
Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) is seeking proposals for Psychosocial Support Services to strengthen the capacity of people who have experienced mental illness to live independently, safely, and productively in their community, form meaningful connections in a supportive environment, and reduce the need for acute care.
Providers should have a demonstrated capability of service provision, experience, and success in delivering similar contracts, a focus on service delivery, and a commitment to their local community.
