Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

- Provide regular project update reports to Senior ASQA management
- Develop Change Impact Assessment and Change Management Plan
- Analyse and design business workflows and document new business requirements
- Provide ongoing status reports identifying progress, developments and new business requirements
- Enable IT and business systems to support the regulatory operating model
- Provide draft recommendations for discussion and acceptance of the Authority
- Provide progress reports on IT enablement and the delivery of new business systems as agreed between the parties
- Develop business tools to support new processes
- Develop training content packages
