Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Contract 21/12 Main North Road Intersection Improvements. The works will take place at the Main North Road / Wrights Road Intersection in Kaiapoi.
Key to the success of this project will be stakeholder management with the adjacent Challenge Waimak Garage and other surrounding businesses.
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:
o Installation of new kerb & channel.
o Pavement Construction
o Construction of garden beds, including a rain garden for soakage.
o Construction of a new asphalt shared path and commercial entranceways
o Installation of stormwater pipe and associated drainage assets
o Removal of existing road marking and installation of new road marking for a new road layout.
o Replacement of an existing splitter island on Wrights Rd
