As part of Swan Hill Rural City Council’s commitment to growing and improving our Region, Council recognises that the car-parking conditions servicing our premiere tourist attraction, the Pioneer Settlement, can be maximised for the convenience and safety of pedestrians and vehicles.

The existing car-parking arrangement offers an array of informal and parallel style parking. Council proposes to incorporate angled parking, bus and long vehicle bays, DDA compliant indentations and some sections of footpath in these zones.

Compliance of Specification (25%)

Track Record (30%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken

Availability of Skills/Resources (30%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project

Social Economic Benefit (15%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality

Project Schedule, Community Engagement & Awareness Plan (10%) - Provide a project schedule including milestones, major and minor activities on a daily basis. Provide plan for community engagement/interaction and awareness.
