This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The OCIO Business Readiness Office will develop a level of technical knowledge of products and services to support administration, reporting and delivery of initiatives for the Business Readiness Team. Responsibilities include producing reports, managing Business Readiness Dashboards and change deployment schedules. As part of the broader team, other activities will include contribution to detailed change impact workshops, gathering business requirements, coordinating business SMEs for User Acceptance Testing, managing business readiness acceptance, change governance reporting and coordination activities for program deployment.

The successful candidate is required to operate with independence, engage effectively and develop networks to influence, advise and drivecustomer centric outcomes with internal stakeholders at all levels.

The Business Readiness Officer will:

• Develop a sound understanding and knowledge base of the Agency and Scheme’s purpose, priorities, reforms and can influence outcomes
• Manage status reporting and action registers including, Business Readiness Dashboards, Change & Issue Register and change release schedules.
• Be action oriented to manage and coordinate administrative functions including; FOE calendar, meeting invites, deployment schedules, reporting, document plans, manage task trackers, collect data and create executive level presentations.
• Work alongside OCIO Technical teams and the NDIA Business areas to develop and document Business Readiness action plans to enable successful implementation
• Design contemporary and accessible communications, foster collaborative relationships that build and promote a quality service offering for the Business Readiness Team / OCIO brand
• Collaborate with the Employee Disability Network to foster relationships and be an advocate for change
• Support reporting and documentation of Assistive Technology user requirements and business cases
• Support the Business Readiness team to achieve successful outcomes such as; training sessions, roadshows, calendar management and workshops.
