Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This projects include civil, landscaping, electrical, irrigation works and associated works to complete streetscape works in Sea Lake.

 
Works include the demolition and removal of existing paths and associated earthworks, upgrade to new concreted path including installation of new access ramps, installation of new kerb and channel and pavement joining new features, new path brick surrounds, purchasing and installation of plants, groundcovers, turf and trees and feature planter boxes, installation of new bins, seats, BBQ and BBQ cover area and the upgrade to landscaping along Calder Hwy (Horace Street), Best Street and a small park near council offices in Sea Lake, including feature lighting.
