Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced landscape contractor to construct a new play space and amenities at Radiata Park in Aubin Grove. The play space and new amenities proposed within the scope of works are located around the central area of the park, which is bound by Caribbean Turn and Radiata Promenade.
All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
The design includes the following key features:
- drinking fountain
- tree planting
- informal seating
- relocation of fitness equipment
- retention of green space, existing bbqs, shelter and playground
- on 3 basketball court
- junior pump track
- mini plaza-style skate elements
- 'ninja warrior' style obstacle course
The Contract is expected to commence in February 2022 with an anticipated Practical Completion Date of June 2022.
