VicTrack would like to update potential Tenderers the release of the Design and Construction of carpark upgrades at the following 5 railway station locations; Beaufort, North Shore, Gisborne, Riddells Creek and Kyneton
The State of Victoria has budgeted for and provided initial funding for the design and construction of the carpark upgrades at the 5 sites. However, final approval and allocation of the full project budget will be granted once the tendering process has been completed.
The tender high level scope includes:
- Beaufort - 40 new & upgraded car parks (inclusive of 2 DDA bays), 15 bicycle hoops, CCTV, lighting and signage
- North Shore - 200 new & upgraded car parks (inclusive of 4 DDA bays), CCTV & lighting, 10 bicycle hoops, safety improvements
- Gisborne - 100 new & upgraded car parks (inclusive of 4 DDA bays), CCTV, lighting & PA system to new car park, 15 bicycle hoops
- Riddells Creek - 50 new & upgraded car parks (inclusive of 3 DDA bays), 10 bicycle hoops, CCTV, lighting, signage and pedestrian connectivity
- Kyneton - 50 new & upgraded car parks (inclusive of 1 DDA bay), 10 bicycle hoops, CCTV, lighting and signage

Tenderers are advised that there are a number of mandatory conditions that must be met. Those that are interested in providing a submission should familiarise themselves with these requirements in the first instance, along with the Conditions of Tendering.
Avetta Registration
Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
