Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new covered links at New Farm State School, located at James St & Heal St, New Farm QLD 4005, as part of the Shovel Ready program.
The scope includes covered links between blocks A, B and the School hall. The position of the links are in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
