Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Provide holistic services that include; evaluating existing paper based and digital forms that are both external and internal facing within the agency, engagement with internal stakeholders, provide form governance including standardization, develop forms to include user centric design with agency branding in mind, produce implementation roadmaps, provide technology recommendations, assist in technology installations, provide Pilot designs including User Acceptance Testing and participate in the project outcome rollout to the rest of the agency.
