Tender Description

Wellington Shire Council is looking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for maintenance works at the Maffra Sugar Beet Museum Including:

  • Drainage
  • Sub Floor Ventilation
  • Subfloor Structure, Floorboards and Main Building Frame
  • Interior and Exterior works (Floors, Walls, Ceiling, Windows)
  • Electrical Works
  • Doors and Door Furniture
  • Painting
  • Weighbridge

All works are to be conducted in accordance with he attached Schedule of Works attached and in consideration of Historical Significance and Heritage advice.
