Tender Description
The Coaching for Influence (CFI) Program builds the skills and knowledge of Learning Specialists to influence and motivate others and lead change in their schools. Coaching for Influence is part of the Victorian Government's investment to recruit, train, support and deepen the expertise of Learning Specialists in every Victorian government school.
In 2019 the CFI Program was delivered to learning specialists as a pilot of face to face, structured small group coaching sessions in regional and metropolitan Victoria. In 2020-2021 the CFI Program was delivered online through a core program and an enhancement program for learning specialists who have completed the core program.
The Department is requesting proposals from the open market for the provision of enhancements to the CFI Program design, and the delivery of the renewed Program.
