Tender Description
CJ Arms P/L, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender 24 Nov 21 for the River Valley Stage 7F External watermain and Rail crossing.
The project will include:
Construction of approximately
- Construction of approximately 491m of DN280 PE main, connecting to the existing authority main within Baldwin Avenue
- Underbore (thrust bore) of the VicTrack Rail Corridor, which include the Exxon Mobil fuel pipeline, including provision of the 450 dia Class 4 RCP
- Placement of DN 280PE within 450 dia concrete pipe. Providing all sleeves, bend, connections as required.
as part of River Valley Estate - for Developer Yourland, within the City of Brimbank.
Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC-1 Reticulation Watermain less than equal to 280mm, and R3 Risk Overlay - Major Crossing.
