Tender Description
The objectives of this engagement are to:
- Replace the existing solar and gas hot water plants with heat pump system for a number of the buildings in the prison site to provide efficient and effective hot water; and
- Replace or install Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV’)s (and Tempering Valves (TV)’s) to rectify the risks and address recommendations of the plumbing audit and regulatory and code compliance (RCC) strategy.
All hydraulic works shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the relevant codes, standards and regulations, including but not limited to the NCC 2016, AS3000.
Offerers’ are invited and have the option to submit a proposal for this Request For Quote (RFQ), either encompassing both Scope of Work (SoW) or may submit a proposal for either. Proposals that will be evaluated for the whole and for separate SoW.
