Develop a strategic master plan for each of Indigo’s four caravan parks and a single lease framework to effectively manage them.

The master plans should provide guidance on the future directions and opportunities of Indigo Shire’s four Caravan Parks.

Indigo Shire Council has identified a key action as part of its Council Plan 2021-2025 to develop a set of Caravan Park Master Plans for the four caravan parks across the municipality located in Beechworth, Yackandandah, Rutherglen and Chiltern. Each site is managed by Council via a lease agreement with the operating tenants.

The Indigo Caravan Park Master Plan will provide Council with an understanding of the existing provision and condition of Indigo’s Caravan Parks and identify the investment opportunities associated with these sites across a 10-year action plan. The project will also develop a Lease Framework that will support Indigo Shire Council to manage new and existing leases.
