Tender Description
UGL is seeking interest from local suppliers to provide pest control services for the newly build Train Maintenance Facility.
Facility Overview:
Facility occupies app 20ha in the centre of Dubbo and includes Administration Building, Security Gatehouse and various maintenance workshops.
Administration building is app 1,500m2 and the main workshop app 14,000m2
Perimeter of the site is fenced and CCTV cameras installed in various location around the site.
Required Services will include but not limited to;
- install and inspect rodent stations
- internal pest treatment
- Spider / Roach spray
- Termite Inspection
