This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking to engage vendors who have resources with a high level of expertise in analysing, designing, and developing best practice business changes through technology solutions.
The department requires support to deliver and maintain a range of business-critical applications.
Under this RFQ the department will be looking for one or more application automation deployment specialists to undertake various activities in either a fulltime, parttime and/or ad-hoc capacity.
The Business Analyst (PROG) will be responsible for:
1. Eliciting business requirements (functional and non-functional), stakeholder analysis, and transition requirements
2. Develop and assist with product backlogs such as research, theme/epics, user stories, business process modelling, business rules, data definitions and acceptance criteria
3. Work with product owner/s, project manager, scrum master, developers, testers, and architects
4. Develop or refine personas, user journals, user stories and other product backlogs
5. Facilitate workshops, working in agile (SCRUM) projects and developing UAT scenarios
