Tender Description
This tender is for CONSTRUCTION of a 495m2 single storey architecturally designed building and associated works at Marie Bashir Park, Narrandera NSW. Once complete it will be home to the Narrandera Visitors Information Centre and Exhibition Space.
The Contractor will be required to supply all labour, materials, plant and equipment to fully complete construction of the building to the stage of occupation, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Development consent if not required for this project, however Council will be undertaking all standard inspections as normally required for a consented project.
A detailed designs and specification has been prepared for this contract and a copy can be downloaded in this document.
Demolition of the existing Visitor Information Centre and associated infrastructure will be undertaken by others prior to the site handover, with all works to be undertaken in accordance with the demolition plans contained within the tender documents.
