SERVICE REQUIRED:
As part of the 2021/2022 Capital Works Program, Council is undertaking building restorations, alterations and additions to a series of heritage listed cottages at Currawong State Park, Currawong Beach, Pittwater.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:

• Site establishment including site safety and environmental management.
• Demolitions.
• Heritage building restorations, alterations and additions.
• Landscaping works including new paved areas, gardens, retaining walls and associated drainage works.

Defects Liability period.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the RFT. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
The works are expected to commence in March 2022.

TENDER BRIEFING AND SITE INSPECTIONS:
A tender briefing will be held online on at 10:00am AEST, 26th October 2021. Tenderers should ensure they review the RFT documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing. (See Part A5 Conditions of Tender for details). Tenderer's must register with Council the number and names of attendees before 5pm AEST, 22nd October 2021 by emailing E: Maia.Moffat@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au .
Site inspections are by appointment only and will be scheduled the week of 1st to the 5th of November 2021 inclusive between 9:30am and 5:15pm AEST. Attendees shall ensure they comply with current NSW Health orders in response to COVID19 at the time of inspection.
