Tenders are invited for the Bathroom and Flooring Upgrade at Armadale Early Learning Centre for an Initial Contract Term of 3 months.
Tenderers must be able to provide evidence of similar relevant experience undertaking Children’s Childcare Centre toilet refurbishments in community facilities for Councils to be considered an acceptable Tender.
Please note: These works are to be undertaken while the Centre is closed for Christmas holidays. The contractor must complete work between 17th December 2021 and 25th January 2022. All works associated with floorings and bathrooms, including toilet fixtures, fittings, partitions and plumbing, must be completed within the 5 week construction period. If joinery is held up, it can be installed once it’s ready when the centre is operational. Please allow for weekend work to complete painting while the centre is operational after 25th January. All care must be taken to ensure the work site is contained and safe from public access.
Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
