Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Contractor for the Renovation and Extensions of the Goodchild Park Clubrooms, Hamilton Hill WA .
The project is a thirty (30) week construction.
The construction works are to be completed by 30 June 2022.
A full statement of the services required under the proposed contract appears in B01 Specification.
Mandatory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection
Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
Failure to attend this briefing will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.
Tenderers are required to attend a Tender briefing on:
Thursday, 21st October 2021 at 10:00 am (AWST).

Goodchild Park Clubrooms, 30 Plantagenet Crescent, Hamilton Hill
The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Principal prior to the closing of the Tender.

All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance.
