Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) is seeking proposals from experienced contractors for the relocation of water and sewage services in the road corridor from Paluma Road to Tropic Road Cannonvale Qld 4802 (Relocation of Services). The road in this corridor is to duplicated post the Relocation of Services, by others.
This Principal Project Requirements (PPR) outlines the requirements for the supply; construction; testing and commissioning of the Relocation of Services. It is anticipated that the Relocation of Services will be completed by 30th June 2022.
Any enquiries by Tenderers are to be directed via the "Communications Forum" in the tender poratl. This Communications Forum will close COB Monday 6th December 2021. Council will be unable to answer any questions after this time.
A non-mandatory Tender Briefing will be held at 9.00 am (AEST), Tuesday, 26th October 2021. Details are provided in Clause 7 of the Conditions of Tender included in the attached Tender Documents. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than 12.00 pm (AEST) Monday, 25th October 2021. Please note there is detail included in Clause 7 for those Tenderers who are unable to attend. Council encourages that all interested Tenderers attend this Tender Site Briefing.
