Tender Description
TAFE Queensland is seeking to implement a web based e-Incident and Safety Management System (e-ISMS) to be rolled out across all six (6) TAFE Queensland regions and to corporate office. TAFE Queensland is seeking to purchase a web based technology for the effective management of its work health, safety, and environment obligations and associated business processes which will help it to implement the Safe at TAFE management system across the business. It will provide the electronic means to implement the management system.
TAFE Queensland has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
- a web based technology solution to create a comprehensive business system that engages and is accessible to front end users, managers and administrators wherever they are working;
- an efficient and visible business mechanism to help TAFE Queensland meet its primary duty of care to ensure the health and safety of its workers, students and others impacted by its work.
- enhanced reporting, risk management, obligations management, incident reporting and investigation, injury management, inspections, business intelligence (analytics and dash boarding), corrective actions and scheduling.
