Northern Grampians Shire Council invites tenders for the Design and Construction of a new clubroom for the Lawn Tennis Club at 17 Melbourne Road, St Arnaud. The current clubhouse has deteriorated over time and is now at the point where several issues are impacting the serviceability and long-term viability of the building.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2pm AEST on Tuesday 9 November 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
Northern Grampians Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, or any tender.
Hard copies, late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
