Woorinen Recreation Reserve Netball Courts Reconstruction

⁠⁠⁠The reconstruction of the two existing netball courts at Woorinen Recreation Reserve, Reserve Road Woorinen. The new court design allows for two netball courts to be constructed in an East/West orientation and within the same footprint of the existing courts. The existing electrical infrastructure and light poles will remain, as will the existing netball and scorers’ shelters.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

• Price will be evaluated on best value
• Compliance of Specification (40%)
• Track Record (20%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken
• Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project
• Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
• Project Schedule, Community Engagement & Awareness Plan (10%) - Provide a project schedule including milestones, major and minor activities on a daily basis. Provide plan for community engagement/interaction and awareness.
