Tender Description
Development Victoria is seeking to engage the Lead Design Consultant for the Kyneton Primary School Redevelopment project (Project).
The Lead Design Consultant (Principal) is responsible for engaging and managing the design team to deliver the project.
This RFP is made up of the following sections:
- Introduction/Tender Details/Additional Information – describes Development Victoria’s objectives and the opportunity available, as well as the tender requirements and additional policy information.
- Part A – RFP Conditions sets out the conditions applying to this RFP that will apply to any person who receives a copy of this RFP.
- Part B – Project Brief provides site and background information for this Project including the project objectives, current status and an overview of the site.
- Part C – Scope of Services contains relevant information relevant to this specific engagement with Development Victoria.
- Part D – Policy Information contains background information regarding applicable policies.
- Part E – Proposed Contract contains the proposed terms and conditions under which the services as set out in Part C are to be provided.
- Part F – Response Forms contains the information to be provided by the Bidder in its Response. Unless otherwise stated, the Bidder is required to complete all forms in Part F as part of its Response.
The bidder briefing will be facilitated 10:00am Tuesday 19 October. Please register your interest to attend by Monday 18 October to Olivia.weinzierl@development.vic.gov.au.
The recommended last day to submit your Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) to ICN is Friday 22 October.
