Tender Description

The Council of the City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest for the carrying out of the Construction of the Perry Park Revitalisation: Park Upgrade, Synthetic Sports-field, Amenities and Associated Works in accordance with this request.

Perry Park, located in the City of Sydney LGA, is a community park characterised by open lawn space and mature broad canopy trees. It is on the corner of Maddox Street and Bourke Road in Alexandria - bounded to the east by the recently completed Bourke Road cycleway.

The Project will deliver an upgraded public park including a new synthetic sports field, amenities pavilion, car parking, driveway and associated landscape works. The new park will provide a valuable recreation space for the local community and offer a flexible, active and engaging open space to suit a range of uses.
