Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Communities (DoC) is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in large domestic maintenance projects to undertake works in accordance with the tender documents.
Package consists of:
A full refurbishment of two vacant duplex properties under SHERP program in the North Metro Area in the suburbs of Lockridge and Ashfield.
Mandatory site meeting will be held at each location, details of site meeting is in ARCUS.
