The City requires the renewal of up to 5 toilet blocks at Governor Road Reserve, Point Peron Boat Ramp, Waikiki Foreshore Reserve, Golden Bay Foreshore Reserve and Singleton Foreshore Reserve.
 
A briefing inspection of the contract will commence at 10.00am on Friday, 15 October 2021 and will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. The meeting will start at Governor Road Site and will proceed to Point Peron site, Waikiki site, Golden Bay site, Singleton site. (Contractors to arrange their own transport between sites).
 
The Contract works will include the following:
 
  • Decommissioning and
  • demolition of the existing toilet blocks.
  • Construction of 5 new
  • modular style toilet blocks.
  • Surrounding landscaping
  • treatments.
  • Associated hydraulic and
  • electrical services.
 
Tenders close at 2pm Wednesday, 3 November 2021 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.
 
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 11 October 2021.
