Tender Description

Hobsons Bay City Council invites suitably experienced and qualified contractors to submit a tender response for Contact No:2021.58 Hosken Reserve Landscaping situated in Blackshaws Road Altona North.

 
The project comprises of the construction and installation of fitness stations, play equipment, additional seating, multicourt, new shelters, BBQ area, planting and landscaping.
 
The indicative commencement date is 10 January 2022 with Practical Completion being 30 June 2022.
 
Tenderers will initially be assessed against the following Mandatory assessable criteria 
 
  • Public Liability $20 million
  • Compliance and acceptance of Councils AS2124 Conditions of Contract
  • OH&S Policy and Procedures
  • Compliance with Specification
  • Minimum 5 years experience and qualifications of proposed personnel
  • Draft Project Plan
