The project objective is to provide the right level of workplace support without increasing the cost to deliver over the next 5 years at YVW. In broad terms, this encompasses:

• Augment our service with a commercial partnership, retaining the personalised service of a core workplace services team.
• A hybrid model around building and maintaining core in-house services supported by deeper supplier relationships
• Time and effort to buy, setup, and manage devices for our business and leaves our technical specialists freed up to provide personalised help when needed.
• Build a consumption-based model so it allows us to buy just the devices we need, just for the time we require them.
• Reduce the Financial overhead by combining the hardware and software services under one umbrella.
• Flexible device management scenario to allow multiple device models, operating systems and configurations.
