This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The End to End Monitoring project is looking for Splunk SMEs with proven experience configuring Splunk monitoring solutions. The successful seller will provide appropriate resources as required to assist the project providing the following services:
- Assist in gathering information from business, application, and technology stakeholders in relation to the systems and services targeted for monitoring.
- Undertake analysis of information sourced from monitors, logs, and application databases to determine where to source metrics and other information required for monitoring dashboards and event notification.
- Develop scripts, searches, and other queries to extract metrics required for monitoring dashboards and event notification, using tools such as Splunk, SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.
- Develop dashboards iteratively with users, to present and refine information targeted at their needs.
- Provide expertise and guidance about the installation, configuration, and operation of Splunk and other monitoring and analysis tools.
- Technical documentation as required, such as As-Built and implementation proposals where applicable, and appropriate knowledge transfer/handover where required.
