Shepparton Christian College - Williams Boag Architects - EOI Registration

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered builders for Shepparton Christian College New Technology and Classroom Building. The works include the construction of three classrooms, a wood technology space, storerooms, WCs and teachers' accommodation, set on either side of a central circulation area that accommodates break out space and a senior student area with kitchenette.

Registrations are to include detailed information pertaining to managerial resources, examples of similar completed projects including any educational projects, referees, QA, IR and OH&S. Provide evidence of the tenderer’s financial capacity to execute the works including a copy of audited Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheets fo the previous two years or a similar summary that accurately discloses the respondent’s true financial position.

Confirmation of availability to complete the project by 4th November 2022 is required. Anticipated tender date is 3rd November 2021. Conditions of NCC 2019 apply to this project. Indicative construction cost range $2.1-2.3M.
