Tender Description
The Shire of Laverton is calling for Expressions of Interest for a suitably qualified contractor to carry out various repairs at the Old Police Station, 14 Erlistoun St.
Works to be completed:
- Multiple internal and external repairs to buildings
- Repairing cracked walls & ceilings
- Painting
- Replace and source door & light hardware to match the building
- Asbestos fence removal
To be considered you will need to provide:
- Public Liability and all relevant insurances
- Asbestos Licence
Attention to detail is a priority at the Old Police Complex as it is a historic building within Laverton.
Works on the property will need to match the time period and aesthetic of the building.
