Tender Description
The Business Mentoring Coaching Panel ( BMCP) will assist Council in advising and guiding small business owners in Frankston City in a variety of business related areas, by conducting of business related areas, by conducting one on one coaching sessions on topics such as:
- Business management and strategic planning.
- Digital Strategy
- Marketing and social media management.
- Recruitment and human resources management.
- Business development
- Increasing profit and sales and Improving Interior and exterior design outcomes.
Members will be paid semi-voluntary (Nominal Fee).
