Tender Description
Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced professional provider of Environmental Monitoring Services at the operational landfill at the Wyndham Refuse Disposal Facility in Werribee. The provider will monitor of leachate, groundwater, surface water, landfill gas and landfill operations and other associated activities, in accordance with the frequencies and methodologies in the Auditor verified Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP), to provide sufficient information to demonstrate compliance with the premise's EPA Licence 12483.
This is a Schedule of Rates Agreement, for an initial four year term, with three additional two year terms, to a maximum of ten years, at Council's option.

The respondent is required to register on the Wyndham Supplier Portal to enable access to all WCC tendering opportunities. Once registered, instructions are available on the website to assist with navigation of the portal, and how to access the tender documents.
There is no cost to register.
