The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISER) provides TechnologyOne (T1) based financial service shared services to two agencies: Office of National Assessments (ONI) & Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS).

There is a requirement to develop a detailed T1 CiA systems upgrade roadmap for the agencies ONI & AIFS. A roadmap is required that will set out the best path solution from the current state to the desired future state.

It is expected that workshops will be held to understand the current system and business processes and to determine the desired future state for each agency. The roadmap would be expected to be provided in late November 2021, with work to be undertaken in October and November 2021.
