Council is looking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced consulting firm to advise Council on all aspects required to undertake a detailed feasibility study into the design and viability of a proposed mid scale solar farm with and without battery storage and landfill gas generated energy.
Location of site - Grafton Regional Landfill, 704 Armidale Rd South Grafton.
