Moorabool Shire Council invites submission from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to assist Council in supporting property owners who are experiencing changed financial circumstances and experiencing financial hardship. The successful supplier will be required to assess financial hardship, provide guidance to the applicant and a short report back to Council outlining findings of assessment.
