Tender Description
Capella Reserve Upgrade - Stage 2, includes;
- Youth plaza space including public toilet, bbq, shelter and seating integrated to the northern edge of the skate park
- Pump track
- Ninja warrior fitness course
- Play space, slide, swing and ‘billabong’ space, including shelter, bbq and seating
- Double flying fox
- Upgraded bmx dirt track (design & construct)
- Shelter and dog drink fountain
- Irrigated planting beds
- Rock walls
- Irrigated turf
- Pathway connection through Coorabie Crescent Reserve.
A briefing session will be held at Capella Drive, Hallett Cove, Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5158 on 2:00 PM 11 October 2021.
Notes: Meet at the sports club building on Capella Drive at 2.00pm, park on Capella Drive.
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
