Tender Description
On behalf of Nambcca Valley Council, Regional Procurement is calling tender T442122NAM Design & Construct Air-Conditioning System including removal of existing system and installation of the new system.
Term: The proposed timeline is approximately 12 weeks for the Design Stage following formal approval by Council and 12 weeks for the Installation Stage. The contract may commence in late 2021 or early 2022 subject to Council timeframes.
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 26 October 2021.
NON-COMPULSORY PRE-TENDER MEETING: Tenderers are advised that a non-compulsory pre-tender meeting is to be held at Council's Administration Centre located at 44 Princess Street Macksville NSW 2447. All attendees MUST adhere to any applicable COVID-19 Health Orders and Council's site specific COVID-19 requirements where applicable.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
