Expressions of interest are sought from a suitable provider or consortium to design and construct an aged care and palliative care facility at Lot 512 on Deposited Plan 418158 which is located adjacent to the Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) campus, Osborne Place, Stirling.
Respondents are encouraged to consider opportunities for innovative, sustainable and cost-effective models of service delivery which may include co-location of services such as residential aged care and specialist palliative care. A range of service provision could be considered that could include dementia care, end of life and specialist palliative care offering best practice models of service.

This Invitation for Expression of Interest is issued by the State of Western Australia represented by the Department of Health as part of Stage 2 of a market-led proposal (MLP) process.
In Western Australia, the Market-Led Proposals Policy (MLP Policy) and Market-Led Proposals Supplementary Guidelines (MLP Guidelines) provide a path and process for businesses to present unsolicited, unique proposals to the State.
