The Council of the City of Sydney invites Requests for Tender for the Lifts Replacement and Upgrade Project at various locations in accordance with this request.
The works include detailed site inspections, design, design documentation, replacements of lifts components, installation, testing and commissioning, and defects liability maintenance of five lifts, their components and associated fittings and fixtures at the following sites:
- Corporation Building - 181-187 Hay Street Haymarket
- Alexandria Town Hall - 73 Garden Street Alexandria
- Redfern Town Hall - 73 Pitt Street Redfern
- Waterloo Library - 770 Elizabeth Street Waterloo
- Pittsway Arcade - 303-305 Pitt Street Sydney
