 Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of the Operations Depot Fire Services Upgrade at 307 – 325 Waterdale Road, Bellfield 3081.

 
The scope of works is generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving: 
 
  • Demolition works
  • Excavation works (Open trenching and/or directional boring)
  • Plumbing
  • Re-instatement of asphalt, footpaths and concrete as appropriate
  • Concrete works
  • Fencing
  • Landscaping
  • Arrange inspections for Hold points, and
  • Site clean-up
Mandatory - to be successful you must have a Builder’s Licence with Victorian Building Authority
