Tender Description
The Department of Resources have purchased a flat packed shed kit and have existing design drawings, plans and design certificates for the floor slab, shed footings and shed structure. The successful tenderer will; complete modifications to the existing fire protection systems as required by the pending design plans, construct the shed footings and slab to the specifications outlined in the existing design/engineering plans, erect the shed kit, design and construct 2 x internal block walls, supply and install plumbing, design and construct electrical and lighting fit-out (components pre-purchased by the Department) Supply and Install internal wall lining and ceiling grid system.
The complete contract requirements are specified in Appendix 1-4.
