This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage an experienced seller to work with the NDIA Strategic Projects development team to supply a flexible managed Salesforce and Vlocity development service.
The expectation, subject to project needs, is that the Agency’s will require up to 10 resources at any one time (with a likely average of 5 resources over the contract term). The ongoing provision of services, within the initial term or extension periods, will be subject to satisfactory delivery and acceptance criteria on previous assignments. Where required, the NDIA will retain the right to seek these services through future market approaches for labour hire.
The purpose of this market approach is to agree a rate card (based on experience & expertise of the resources) and a scalable supply model and delivery approach with a vendor for the provision of Salesforce and Vlocity development services as required.
