Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ESTA is looking to engage a psychological services provider, with multiple psychologists, to partner with ESTA for a pilot program that aims to improve the mental wellbeing of our frontline workers. The provider must recognise the unique challenges our frontline emergency workers face, such as cumulative exposure to potentially traumatic events, responding to critical incidents, and intensive workload, to provide tailored support.
