Tender Description
Alexandrina Council (ALX) is implementing TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil (CiA) Enterprise Software Suite initial release, Release 1 (R1), consisting of Finance (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Resources and Payroll (HRP) and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) modules. Implementation of Release 2 (R2) which comprises the Property & Rating (P&R), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) modules.
- This implementation will require migration of data from SynergySoft legacy system to the TechnologyOne cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform. ALX has completed the initial R1 data migration utilising in-house technical resources and is now seeking to procure data migration services to assist with the R2 data migration of P&R and ECM data.
- This will be an exclusive contract to deliver the services.
- The term of the contract will be until 30 July 2023 with extension option/s available at the sole discretion of the Alexandrina Council.
