Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) owns approximately 5008m2 of vacant freehold land at 35 Butterfield Street, Herston (the Site).
The Site has been identified by TMR as a location for a bus layover and a driver meal facility, which must cater for a minimum of 14 buses.
The State is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced Proponents with demonstrated experience in the completion of medium to large scale mixed use developments to deliver an integrated development outcome on the Site which maximises the potential of the Site (including volumetric areas) whilst providing, at no cost to the State, the bus layover facility (the ownership of which will be retained by the State in a standard form lot).
